Serco manages these facilities on a day‑to‑day basis on behalf of the Trust.
Responsibilities- Provide clean, safe, and supervised facilities and activities for children of customers at the Leisure Centre.
- Ensure the smooth operational running of all types of parties the centre holds and provide party guests with first‑class customer service at all times.
- Facilitate a safe, fun, and professional working environment.
- Experience dealing with high volumes of children in a busy customer‑based environment.
- Enthusiastic, resilient, and able to liaise professionally with parents, customers, and workforce members.
- Good communication skills, able to think on your feet, and willing to learn from others.
