Week 2 - Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 16.30-19.30 Saturday 9.00-12.00 and Sunday 07.45 -12.30.

What you'll do as a Receptionist
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service both in person and over the telephone.
- Provide accurate information about facilities, programmes, memberships, activities and services.
- Process bookings, memberships, payments and enquiries efficiently and accurately.
- Handle cash and carry out cashing-up procedures in line with company financial processes.
- Support the day-to-day operation of reception, including assisting colleagues and maintaining high service standards.
- Promote additional services, activities and products that enhance the customer experience and support the continued growth of the facility.

- Experience delivering excellent customer service in a customer-facing environment.
- Confidence communicating clearly and professionally with a wide range of people.
- Previous experience handling cash and maintaining accurate records.
- Able to stay calm under pressure, think quickly and find practical solutions to customer enquiries.
