As a Team Leader in our Restart team, you'll lead, motivate and support a team of Progression Job Coaches, helping participants move into sustainable employment and achieve positive outcomes. Your leadership will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services while ensuring performance, compliance and customer service standards are achieved.

What you'll do as a Team Leader
You’ll be entrusted to:
- Lead and manage a team of Progression Job Coaches to achieve key performance indicators, including Job Starts, First Earnings and Job Outcomes
- Monitor performance through regular reviews, caseload discussions and management information, implementing improvement plans where required
- Deliver effective people management, including coaching, development, performance reviews and supporting colleague growth
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners and Jobcentre Plus to ensure participants receive the right support at the right time
- Use performance data and insights to drive continuous improvement, quality and compliance across service delivery
- Support recruitment, onboarding and development activities while fostering a culture of trust, care, innovation and high performance
Does this sound like you?
You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have
- Previous leadership and people management experience, ideally within employability, welfare-to-work, skills or related operational environments
- Experience using performance data and management information to drive team performance and achieve targets
- Strong coaching and performance management skills, with experience supporting colleague development and managing performance reviews
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders
- A Level 3 qualification (or equivalent experience) together with strong organisational, planning and time management skills
