Your work ensures customers enjoy a high-quality experience while supporting a positive impact on the local community. From overseeing operations to supporting events and responding to customer needs, your role has real purpose - helping us deliver safe, enjoyable experiences that make a difference every day.
What you'll do as a Duty Manager
- Open and close the facility in line with procedures, maintaining high standards of safety and security
- Monitor and inspect the site throughout shifts, ensuring compliance with health and safety processes
- Set up and support events, including conferences and meetings, involving physical preparation of spaces and equipment
- Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and effectively, taking control when required
- Maintain high cleaning and presentation standards across all areas of the site
- Provide excellent customer service, remaining visible and responsive to customer needs

- Experience or knowledge of leisure, hospitality, or conferencing environments
- A First Aid at Work qualification would be advantageous; however, successful candidates will be required to undertake this training as part of the role.
- A strong understanding of health and safety legislation and its practical application
- Confident communication, customer care, and problem-solving skills
- The ability to lead and supervise colleagues, maintaining high standards
- A calm, organised approach, with the confidence to handle pressurised situations
