Serco Limited in Charnwood (LE12) is hiring a Refuse & Recycling Loader to join our Environmental Services team on a permanent, full-time basis. You’ll provide a complete waste and recycling service for residents and businesses, working with a dedicated team to keep streets and spaces clean and safe while delivering excellent customer service.
The role is 38 hours per week, Tue–Fri 6am–4pm with occasional weekends; time and half on Sat and double time on Sun, plus a day in lieu for bank holidays.
