Salary: £44,647.20 per annum + excellent benefits

Working Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday 6am to 3.30pm.

Ready to make an impact? As a HGV Refuse & Recycling Driver/Loader in our Wandsworth team, you will provide a complete waste and recycling service on behalf of the residents and community in Wandsworth. With a professional, dedicated and friendly team of Refuse Collection staff, we ensure that streets, homes and businesses are kept clean, safe and tidy, whilst providing the very best levels of customer service to all members of the community that we serve.

You will be entrusted to:

  • Set off on a pre-planned route as the driver with your team of Loaders collecting waste and recycling from residential homes and commercial properties.
  • Be the public face of Serco’s Environmental Services team in the community.
  • Ensure that your vehicle safety checks are completed and that your truck is clean and work ready before setting out on your rounds.
