Working hours: 40 hours a week, covering a mixture of early, late and every other weekend shifts.

We are seeking a Leisure Assistant to join our team. You will help ensure visitors are safe and have access to everything they need to enjoy their visit, providing customer care to people of all ages, supervising sports and arts activities, maintaining high cleanliness standards, and ensuring the safe handling and setup of activity equipment.
Serco manages these facilities daily on behalf of the Trust. You will be part of a close-knit, supportive team and will receive free access to our leisure facilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer care to visitors of all ages and backgrounds.
- Supervise sports, arts and crafts activities and events.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety within the centre.
- Ensure safe handling and setup of activity equipment.
- Collaborate with a team to deliver an inclusive leisure hub for the community.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills; experience in leisure or another customer-facing environment is desirable.
- An NPLQ qualification is advantageous.
