Job responsibilities
- Deliver safe, fun and progressive swimming lessons.
- Feel safe in your employment; contract for as little or many teaching hours as you want.
- Provide ongoing training through Aquatic Training Academy and specialist CPDs.
- Support teachers’ career development and progression into management.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills, happy to deal with people of all ages and backgrounds.
- Hold either a STA Award/Certificate in Teaching Swimming or Swim England (Previously ASA) Level 2.
- Holding either a valid RLSS UK NPLQ, RLSS UK NRASTC or STA Safety Award for Teachers is advantageous but not essential (training provided).
- DBS check required.
