We are looking for a Catering Assistant to help deliver a high-quality, safe, and person-centred catering service for patients, staff, and visitors. You will assist with food preparation, meal service, and cleaning duties across our kitchens, restaurant, and café areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve meals for patients, staff, and visitors.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in line with Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations.
- Operate catering equipment and handle cash/card payments.
- Support stock rotation and ensure equipment is clean and fit for purpose.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to requests promptly.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous catering experience is helpful but not essential - full training provided.
- Good communication and customer care skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Flexible, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
