Are you an experienced HR change professional who enjoys delivering complex people programmes and making change stick?
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the people and TUPE elements of contract mobilisations, transitions and rebids.
- Delivering HR change projects including restructures, operating model changes and new ways of working.
- Creating and managing project plans, governance and reporting, ensuring delivery stays on track.
- Owning day-to-day project delivery, coordinating resources and facilitating key project meetings.
- Identifying and mitigating risks and issues, escalating appropriately to senior stakeholders.
- Validating TUPE Employee Liability Information (ELI) and supporting People Change Coordinators on escalated queries.
- Acting as an internal consultant, analysing business needs and recommending people solutions.
- Collaborating closely with People Services, ServiceLines and operational teams.
- Providing operational guidance to colleagues within the MyHR Change team.
- Contributing to wider UK & E people initiatives aligned to Serco's strategy.
What you’ll bring:
Essential:
- Proven experience as an HR professional with strong capability in change delivery and project management.
- Experience supporting complex people change, ideally including TUPE.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working in a matrix organisation.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver to tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating as part of a team.
Desirable:
- Associate or Chartered CIPD membership.
- Experience advising on large-scale change programmes, including restructures and location changes.
- Experience using MS Project.
