We are recruiting for an experienced Hospitality and Events Manager to lead all hospitality services at Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for the strategic and day-to-day management of hospitality operations, including the café, kitchen, conferencing, and events. You will lead teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences while driving strong commercial performance, cost control, and full compliance with food safety, health & safety, and licensing standards. You will work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure hospitality services support the wider objectives of our national sports and events venue.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading hospitality and events operations, including weddings and conferences
- Managing event delivery from set-up to breakdown
- Leading, developing, and managing multi-disciplinary teams
- Driving excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Managing budgets, KPIs, and compliance standards
About you:
- Proven food and beverage management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Guest-focused with a commercial mindset
- Food Hygiene Level 3 (or willingness to achieve)
- Personal Alcohol Licence desirable
