Responsibilities
- Lead on CAFM systems, ensuring effective processes and documentation across asset databases, planned maintenance, reactive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and stores management.
- Maintain and support local asset management procedures, processes and forms, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Oversee local audits of management systems, procedures and documentation, including coordination of third‑party audits.
- Review processes to ensure systems remain effective, efficient and fit for purpose.
- Produce professional and accurate management reports for internal colleagues, clients and customers.
Qualifications
- Recognised technical qualifications or the ability to demonstrate success in a similar operational compliance role.
- Proven experience in a service contracting environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage senior management, clients and customers.
- A collaborative mindset, with an eye for detail and a commitment to consistent, high‑quality delivery.
Vetting and checks
A Standard DBS check will be carried out for this position. This includes spent and unspent convictions, cautions, reprimands and warnings as permitted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act. An Occupational Health Questionnaire will also be completed so we can ensure you have the necessary support to perform your duties.
