What you will do as a Creative Arts Tutor:
- Design and deliver educational programmes that align with course aims, reviewing and improving content for quality.
- Plan engaging lessons using high-quality materials and resources to optimise learning.
- Manage all aspects of learner accreditation.
- Keep accurate records of attendance, progress, achievements, and provide performance reports as needed.
- Build positive, professional relationships with learners to foster a productive learning environment.
- Support security procedures by carrying out rub-down searches of prisoners when required.
Does this sound like you? You will be a great fit for this role if you have:
- A minimum Level 3 award in Education and Training (QCF), or equivalent.
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in Creative Crafts or a related subject area.
- Experience in roles requiring strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated flexibility and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Recent and relevant teaching experience in your subject area.
