Serco Limited in Carlisle is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join the Asylum Accommodation and Support Contract (AASC) team. You will perform planned, preventative and reactive maintenance, including joinery, plumbing, painting and general upkeep of homes for asylum seekers.
A full UK driving licence is essential, and you may travel within the region and beyond as needed. This role includes an out-of-hours on-call rota approximately every 8–10 weeks to provide 24-hour emergency cover.
