What you'll do as a Group Exercise Instructor:
- Deliver engaging and safe group exercise classes and fitness sessions including HIIT, circuits, power pump, step, and body conditioning.
- Build strong relationships with customers, providing coaching, advice and motivation.
- Carry out fitness assessments, programmes and goal setting in line with site processes.
- Promote healthy lifestyles and actively support community engagement activities.
- Maintain equipment, cleanliness and high standards across the facility.
- Support retention and sales activities, including promoting fitness services and digital tools.

Vetting and checks:
This role requires a Basic DBS check, which will disclose any unspent convictions in line with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to help us identify and provide any support you may need to undertake the role effectively.
