To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer-focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a Front of House Coordinator to join our team.

As a Front of House Coordinator in our Leisure team, you will take the lead on commercial activity, customer experience and engagement across two busy community facilities. What you will do as a Front of House Coordinator:

  • Lead and promote all commercial and bookable activities across both centres, including holiday clubs, parties and events.
  • Market activities internally and externally, ensuring enquiries and leads are followed up and converted.
  • Manage administration and invoicing linked to activities and events, keeping records accurate and up to date.
  • Deliver agreed event volumes and commercial targets in line with contract budgets.
  • Drive health and fitness sales while supporting retention of the existing membership base.
  • Oversee and enhance children's activities and learn to swim programmes, reviewing feedback and implementing improvements.
  • Deliver activity numbers for swimming lessons, parties and holiday clubs in line with agreed targets.
  • Support recruitment, induction and training of playscheme leaders, party hosts and reception colleagues.
  • Organise and deliver training sessions throughout the year to build capability and confidence across the team.
  • Manage the reception team day to day, providing guidance, coaching and hands-on support while reporting directly to the Facility Manager.

Does this sound like you? You will be a great fit for this role if you have:

  • Strong knowledge of children's activities and customer-facing leisure services.
  • Experience leading by example and supporting colleagues through coaching and training.
  • Confidence managing sales activity across multiple sites.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with a calm, organised and people-focused approach.
  • Strong personal motivation, integrity and a flexible mindset.
  • The ability to remain composed under pressure and adapt to a varied working pattern, including evenings and weekends.
