Responsibilities

  • Provide clean, safe, and supervised facilities and activities for children.
  • Support smooth operational running of all types of parties the centre hosts, providing first‑class customer service to party guests.
  • Facilitate a safe, fun, and professional working environment with free access to leisure facilities.
  • Ensure children are entertained and engaged throughout sessions, leaving each day with a sense of satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience dealing with high volumes of children in a busy, customer‑based environment.
  • Enthusiastic, resilient, and able to liaise professionally with parents, customers, and other staff.
  • Quick thinker, effective communicator, and willing to learn from others.

Vetting and Checks

An Enhanced DBS check is required, covering spent and unspent convictions, cautions, and relevant legal information. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to determine any support required for successful role performance.
