Job description: Job Title: Warden Cleaner or Warden couple Location: National Water Sports Centre, Nottingham, NG12 2LU Job Type: Fixed Term, March to October 2025 Working Hours: Up to 39 hours per week including weekend work and on call hours. The hours will be split over the season with more hours in the summer months. Salary: £23,200 (FTE) per annum (increase to £24,761 from April) + excellent benefits Here at More Leisure our goal is to get more people, more active, more often. To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team – and right now we are looking to recruit for Warden Cleaners to join us. Holme Pierrepont Country Park, the home of the National Water Sports Centre has excellent water facilities, accommodation, a campsite, Outdoor Adventure Zone, Life Fitness Gym, and marvellous nature trails for cycling and walking, it is a favourite destination for families, schools, corporate clients, and individuals. In this role you will operate the Campsite in a welcoming and safe manner in making sure it remains a beautiful, safe, and clean place for our staff and customers to work within and use the facilities. You will provide front line customer service in the holiday park shop, taking bookings in person, over the phone and on the web and deal with cash and PDQ transactions, patrol site for cleanliness, security and health and safety, clean customer critical facilities / areas on and around the Campsite, undertake any other reasonable duties directed by the Campsite manager and to maintain excellent customer and client relations, particularly with members of the public, as well as light grounds work including litter picking, hammering posts etc. You will help in facilitating a safe, fun, and professional working environment with excellent development opportunities and free access to our facilities. About You To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have previous experience of communicating with members of the public and desirable that you have previously worked within a holiday park / campsite environment with previous cleaning experience. You will have good communication and customer care skills, have a maturity and calmness to work under pressure, as well as being organised and taking pride in what you do and have good IT skills.
