Without you there can't be any pool activity. But you won't be working alone. Our leisure centre has a close-knit and supportive team, all working towards providing an inclusive leisure hub for the entire community.

What you'll need to do the role:
- Excellent customer service skills as you'll be interacting heavily with our customers.
- Providing customer care to people of all ages.
- Supervising activities and maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the pool area.
- Ensuring the safe handling and set up of pool equipment.
- Being safety conscious, vigilant, and able to deal with pressurised situations.
- Strong swimming skills and holding a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (Royal Life Saving Society) or equivalent.
