The Grange Leisure Centre, GU29 is looking for a Casual Part Time Fitness Instructor to work 2 hours per week (Monday 16:00 - 18:00) at a rate of £21.00 per hour.

As a Leisure Centre Gymnastic Coach, you'll inspire and support gymnasts of different ages and abilities, delivering engaging coaching sessions in a safe and inclusive environment. You'll help participants develop their skills, confidence, and enjoyment while ensuring sessions meet the highest standards of safety and quality.

What you'll do as a Leisure Centre Gymnastic Coach:

  • Deliver safe, engaging, and inclusive gymnastics coaching sessions for participants of varying ages and abilities.
  • Plan and lead activities that support skill development, progression, and enjoyment.
  • Create a positive and welcoming environment that encourages participation and builds confidence.
  • Monitor health and safety standards during all sessions and ensure safeguarding requirements are followed.
  • Build positive relationships with participants, parents, and colleagues, providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Support the wider leisure centre team to help deliver an outstanding experience for all customers.

  • Experience coaching gymnastics or delivering structured sports activities.
  • Qualified British Gymnastic Level 2 or British Gymnastic Activity Instructor.
  • A passion for helping people develop new skills and achieve their goals.

  • Knowledge of safeguarding and health and safety requirements within a sporting environment.
