We are seeking a full-time Senior Duty Manager to oversee operational excellence and ensure the delivery of a safe, welcoming environment for our customers at our Flagship site in Mansfield. The Senior Duty Manager will manage daily operations, supervise team members, handle customer inquiries, monitor facility maintenance, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. In addition to leading by example, the Senior Duty Manager will deliver exceptional customer service and support the continuous improvement of services offered at the facility.
Qualifications:
- Leadership and team management skills to supervise and motivate staff effectively.
- Operational oversight skills, including compliance with health and safety standards and facility maintenance management.
