As a Lifeguard, you'll be an important part of life here at the centre as you ensure that everyone can use the pool safely and that they have access to everything they need to enjoy their visit. You will be part of a close-knit and supportive team, all working towards providing an inclusive leisure hub for the entire community.
What you'll need to do the role:
- Excellent customer service skills, interacting heavily with customers.
- Providing customer care to people of all ages.
- Supervising activities and maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the pool area.
- Ensuring the safe handling and set up of pool equipment.
- Being safety conscious, vigilant, and able to deal with pressurised situations.
- Strong swimming skills and holding a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (Royal Life Saving Society).
