As a Catering Assistant, you'll help create a welcoming environment where customers can relax and recharge during their visit. What you'll do as a Catering Assistant:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety across all catering areas
- Follow health and safety procedures and relevant legislation at all times
- Deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
- Support the day-to-day operation of the catering service to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Identify and report any issues, opportunities for improvement, or equipment concerns to management
