What you'll do as a Gymnastics Coach Deliver planned gymnastics sessions that support participant progression across the programme pathway Prepare, plan and deliver high-quality coaching sessions that meet national governing body requirements Monitor coaching rotas and support appropriate coach-to-participant ratios Assist with the development and growth of gymnastics programmes across multiple sites Maintain accurate records and administration for all sessions in line with operational procedures Promote gymnastics and recreational activities through events, engagement and publicity initiatives Provide a professional and welcoming experience for customers and participants Does this sound like you?
