b Overview /b p In this role you will lead end-to-end delivery of major construction projects within Serco’s Estates team at the Defence Academy. You’ll manage multi-disciplinary teams, ensure projects meet time, budget and quality targets, and align with MOD standards and governance. You will work with customers to capture requirements and drive robust business cases, plans and risk management. The position offers impact at scale across PFI/DACI contracts and AMP Estates initiatives, with a strong emphasis on value for money and safety culture. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li pension up to 6% /li li 25 days holidays + bank holidays /li li onsite facilities: gym, sports clubs, parking /li li training and development opportunities /li li Wellbeing programs and employee assistance /li li retail discounts and ShareSave scheme /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead full lifecycle delivery of complex projects in a fast-paced environment /li li Manage multi-disciplinary teams to meet time, scope and budget objectives /li li Create and maintain business cases, budgets, governance structures /li li Actively manage RAID logs and escalation /li li Ensure governance and assurance across delivery lifecycle /li li Translate customer requirements into agreed statements of requirements /li li Manage PPM and reactive works, subcontractor coordination for variations /li li Keep CAFM Explorer up to date for PPM and reactive tasks; manage asset data /li li Maintain documentation in SharePoint, CAFM, and Technical Library /li li Deliver projects per RIBA Plan of Works and Serco processes, with MOD approvals as needed /li li Follow procurement rules, contract administration and cost management /li li Ensure compliance with CDM 2015, health, safety, security and quality standards /li li Perform site quality audits, monitor contractor safety and risk assessments /li li Chair internal/external project meetings and collaborate with stakeholders /li li Support value-for-money objectives and cross-functional delivery /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Project Management experience on large FM/Estates projects with a contractor /li li Experience delivering space utilisation and estates development plans /li li Knowledge of British Standards, SFG20, BSRIA /li li Supervisory/leadership experience with KPI delivery and stakeholder management /li li Experience in procurement review and cost management /li li Ability to manage Safe Systems of Work and problem-solve /li li Experience delivering complex capital projects within MOD/defence context /li li Proven ability to work to governance, reporting and contract administration /li li SMSTS/IOSH or equivalent management-level H S qualification /li li Excellent organisational and communication skills /li li Developed IT skills (Excel, Word, CAFM, SharePoint, Teams) /li /ul ul li stakeholder management /li li leadership and people management /li li proactive problem solving /li li CAFM Explorer /li li CAFM / facility management systems /li li SharePoint /li /ul
