Overview
In this role you design end-to-end, costed solutions for government bids, aligning user needs, processes, and technology with commercial viability. You collaborate with bid, commercial, and operations teams to create compelling propositions and facilitate a smooth handover to delivery. You will work across multiple locations, shaping solutions that support public sector outcomes and win business.

Responsibilities
- Support design and development of end-to-end solutions or components for bids
- Build understanding of customer, market and opportunity landscape
- Review existing services to identify synergies and improvements
- Collaborate with SMEs, operations, and finance to design costed, deliverable solutions
- Assist in risk identification and mitigation planning
- Coordinate with technical leads to shape ICT solutions
- Contribute to compelling bid responses with bid writers
- Support handover to transition teams for implementation
- Engage with customers to refine requirements and validate approaches
- Support benchmarking, continuous improvement and contract optimisation initiatives
Key requirements
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Clear, confident written communication to explain complex ideas
- Experience in fast-paced multi-environment settings
- Ability to quickly assimilate large volumes of information
- Operational experience (people management or data-informed decisions)
