Serco Group is seeking a Bosun to lead deck ratings and support safe, efficient vessel operations within our Defence Marine team. You will provide day-to-day leadership to the deck crew, ensure readiness of personnel and equipment, and help deliver safe maritime operations.
You will help maintain safe working practices, support vessel operations and maintenance, and collaborate with the Vessel Master and other teams to keep the vessel ready for operational requirements.
