Serco Group on-site at Derwentside IRC seeks a Health & Safety Manager to lead HSEF support across Derwentside IRC and the wider Justice & Immigration business. You will report to the Senior Health, Safety & Environment Manager and help promote a positive safety culture and regulatory compliance.
You will deliver specialist on-site HSEF support, advise on risk controls, and drive continual improvement of the HSEF management system, including training, reporting and external liaison.
