As a Logistics Multi Skilled Operative in our Secure Contracts team, you’ll help deliver essential logistics and operational services that support the safe, secure movement of sensitive assets across the UK. Your work will help ensure we protect what matters and provide a trusted service for our clients and communities.

What you’ll do as a Multi Skilled Operative
- Carry out nationwide collection and delivery of consignments, driving secure light commercial vehicles.
- Follow strict security protocols for routes, site access, vehicle approaches, and incident procedures to safeguard sensitive assets.
- Complete goods in/goods out tasks, stock control, internal stock movements, and quality assurance checks using our bespoke asset management database.
- Conduct first-line vehicle maintenance and maintain communal areas within the working environment.
- Carry out warehousing operations, including manual handling of items ranging from small assets to outsized furniture.
- Provide administrative support for vehicle use, asset movement, and related documentation.
- Participate in the alarm call-out rota and undertake occasional overnight stays to meet operational needs.
A current, clean driving licence is required, along with IT literacy and the ability to learn our internal asset management system. An understanding of UK Domestic Driver Regulations, or the motivation to learn, is also necessary. A flexible approach to duties, hours, and responding to customer needs is essential.
The post holder must be able to attain and retain HM Government SC Enhanced security clearance. This is an intrusive process, and the post holder will be required to provide all financial, residential, and family information to the client vetting department which is held safely and securely. An Occupational Health Questionnaire will also be required to ensure we can offer appropriate support for your wellbeing and performance.
