VIVO Defence Services is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to ensure timely delivery of billable works projects at Kineton. You will oversee maintenance and response works, manage a contractor team, and ensure documentation is completed and recorded in the CAFM system.
You will allocate roughly 60% of your time office-based, reporting to DIO and Built Estate Manager, and 40% on-site, performing quality and progress checks. Flexibility and a hybrid approach are encouraged.
