We're currently recruiting across several key leisure centres: Birmingham, Buckinghamshire, Bisham Abbey, Bangor Aurora, Charnwood, Kent, Tunbridge Wells, Mansfield, Milton Keynes, Nottingham NWSC, South Bucks, Oxford and Shropshire.
What We’re Looking For:
- Have a Level 3 Personal Training qualification.
- Bringenthusiasm, energy, and motivation to every session.
- Thrive on helping clients reach their goals—and celebrate their wins.
- Are passionate about health, fitness, and delivering excellence.
- Are ready to build and grow your own PT business.
- Embrace teamwork and love contributing to a supportive gym environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering exceptional 1-to-1 and small group training.
- Creating a welcoming, positive atmosphere that keeps members coming back.
- Championing Serco’s vision and values in everything you do.
- Working proactively to grow your client base within the facility.
- Supporting the team and maintaining the highest service and compliance standards.
