What you'll do as a Leisure Operations ManagerLead and manage the day-to-day operation of the facility, ensuring it is safe, warm, clean, friendly and welcoming for all usersSupport the General Manager in delivering commercial growth, performance targets and operational efficiencyBuild and maintain a strong health and safety culture, ensuring compliance with legislation and organisational policiesLead, motivate and develop Duty Manager teams, creating headroom for people to grow and achieve their potentialUse data and key performance indicators to monitor performance, identify opportunities and create impactful solutionsDevelop strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and the wider community to support service excellence and future growthDoes this sound like you?
