Qualifications
- Hold a
- STA Award/Certificate in Teaching Swimming or
Swim England (formerly ASA) Level2 .
- Holding a valid

- RLSSUKNRASTC or
STA Safety Award for Teachers is advantageous; training for these courses can be provided free of charge.
- Must obtain a DBS check for the role.
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, fun and progressive swimming lessons following the Swim England Learn to Swim framework.
- Use coaching techniques to develop confidence and skills in swimmers of all ages.
- Maintain a clean, friendly and welcoming environment within the leisure centre.
- Adopt the organisation’s safety protocols and support safeguarding practices.
