- Monday - Friday 07:30 - 14:00 – 30 hours per week
- Monday - Friday 14:30 - 19:00 – 20 hours per week
Salary
£25,272 per annum, pro rata plus Serco benefits. Agenda for Change Band 2.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high quality hospitality service as part of the Ward Patient Catering team.
- Take orders and deliver a meal and drinks service using an electronic ordering system.
- Provide excellent customer service and care to patients.
- Interact with patients daily, communicating positively.
- Stand for long periods and perform manual handling tasks as required.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards and accommodate special diet requirements.
