As a Casual Night Duty Manager in our Lilleshall Leisure Trust team, you'll help ensure our facilities operate safely, smoothly and confidently throughout the day and night.
Your work will create a positive experience for visitors while supporting the delivery of high-quality leisure services.
You'll play an important role in maintaining a safe, welcoming and well-managed environment for colleagues, customers and visitors.

What you'll do as a Casual Night Duty Manager
- Oversee the facility during day and night operations, ensuring safety, security and customer satisfaction remain the priority.
- Lead, support and motivate colleagues to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
- Open and close the facility and carry out security, safety and site-wide checks in line with Serco Management System procedures.
- Respond effectively to accidents, incidents and emergencies, taking appropriate action and maintaining control.
- Provide colleagues with information, instruction, induction and training to support safe and effective working practices.
- Monitor operational performance standards and take action to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience in facility management, ideally in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety at Work legislation and safe working practices.
- Experience working in a leisure, hospitality or similar operational environment.
- Strong communication and customer care skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Confident IT skills and effective problem-solving abilities.
- A First Aid at Work certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
