Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum: STA Award/Certificate in Teaching Swimming or Swim England Level 2.
  • Additional: valid RLSS UK NPLQ, RLSS UK NRASTC or STA Safety Award for Teachers is advantageous, but training can be provided.
  • Excellent customer‑service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adjust to varying commitment levels.
  • Valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one (covered by employer).
