We’re looking for a Membership Advisor to join our team and play a key role in driving growth, building relationships and delivering a positive experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the end‑to‑end sales journey, helping to grow membership while delivering excellent customer care.
  • Drive membership sales by achieving monthly targets and supporting retention activities.
  • Welcome customers, handle enquiries and ensure every interaction is timely and professional.
  • Deliver engaging tours of the facility and convert visits into memberships.
  • Build relationships with local businesses and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Support and deliver marketing campaigns in partnership with internal teams.
  • Plan and attend outreach events to generate leads and raise local awareness.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage the membership database in line with procedures.
  • Work closely with gym colleagues to support renewals and ongoing member engagement.
  • Contribute ideas on industry trends and opportunities to help shape future growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a sales‑focused role with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Confidence working with numbers and interpreting key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Self‑motivated with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills and calm under pressure.
