Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain accommodation, sports, conference and public areas to a high standard.
  • Vacuum, mop, dust, polish and empty bins daily.
  • Clean toilets, showers and changing facilities thoroughly and safely.
  • Prepare rooms to a high standard for new arrivals and existing guests.
  • Carry out deep cleaning tasks such as carpet shampooing and descaling when required.
  • Work efficiently to minimise disruption to guests.
  • Report ready rooms to the Head Housekeeper.
  • Safely use and store cleaning equipment and chemicals.
  • Support the team with additional cleaning duties as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in cleaning public buildings or large multi-site facilities (preferred).
  • Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused, reliable and flexible.
  • Able to work as part of a team and independently.
