Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain accommodation, sports, conference and public areas to a high standard.
- Vacuum, mop, dust, polish and empty bins daily.
- Clean toilets, showers and changing facilities thoroughly and safely.
- Prepare rooms to a high standard for new arrivals and existing guests.
- Carry out deep cleaning tasks such as carpet shampooing and descaling when required.
- Work efficiently to minimise disruption to guests.
- Report ready rooms to the Head Housekeeper.
- Safely use and store cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Support the team with additional cleaning duties as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in cleaning public buildings or large multi-site facilities (preferred).
- Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail.
- Customer-focused, reliable and flexible.
- Able to work as part of a team and independently.
