Summary

As a Lifeguard, you'll be an important part of life at the centre, ensuring that everyone can use the pool safely and has access to everything they need to enjoy their visit. You will provide customer care to people of all ages, supervise activities, maintain high standards of cleanliness in the pool area, and ensure the safe handling and set up of pool equipment. When needed, you'll help to save lives.

About you

You will need excellent customer service skills as you'll be interacting heavily with customers. Whether you've earned that experience in a leisure or another customer-facing environment, you'll be a people person who is happy dealing with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. As a lifeguard, you'll need to be safety conscious, vigilant, and able to deal with pressurised situations. Strong swimming skills are essential, and you must hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (Royal Life Saving Society). You must be at least 18+ to be considered for this full-time role.
