We are looking for Lifeguards to join our team and help make a positive difference every day.
As a Lifeguard you will be an important part of life here at the centre, ensuring the pool is safe and that everyone has access to everything they need to enjoy their visit.
You will work within a close‑knit and supportive team, all aiming to provide an inclusive leisure hub for the entire community.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to people of all ages and backgrounds.
- Supervise pool activities, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the pool area.
- Ensure safe handling and set‑up of pool equipment.
- Respond quickly and effectively to pressurised situations and help to save lives.
- Monitor and enforce safety rules and provide assistance to patrons as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with people of all ages and backgrounds.
- Strong swimming skills and excellent vigilance and safety awareness.
- Holder of a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (Royal Life Saving Society).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy leisure environment.
