Overview
As a Governance and Performance Administrator in the Thameside team you will support the delivery of governance, performance and compliance activities at HMP Thameside.
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely administrative support to the Governance and Performance function.
- Maintain administrative systems and records, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Collate, maintain, and report on performance data, audits, incidents, complaints, correspondence, and compliance activities.
- Produce reports and respond to information requests within agreed timescales.
- Support external inspections and audits, including HMIP.
- Liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders such as NOMS, IMB and MQPL.
- Ensure compliance with Serco policies, Ministry of Justice requirements and relevant legislation.
- Promote equality, diversity and professionalism across all work.
