Responsibilities
You will deliver safe, enjoyable and progressive swimming lessons using the Swim England Learn to Swim framework, helping pupils develop confidence and progress to competitive swimming when desired. You will support a customer‑focused and enthusiastic team, ensuring the safety and cleanliness of our leisure facilities, and provide a friendly environment for people of all ages. You will work flexible hours and can choose to teach as many or as few sessions as you wish. You will be contracted for the hours you deliver, with us covering safeguarding and DBS checks as well as personal insurance.
Qualifications
Holding a STA Award/Certificate in Teaching Swimming or a Swim England / ASA Level 2 qualification. Desirable: a valid RLSS UK NPLQ, RLSS UK NRASTC or STA Safety Award for Teachers (training will be provided free of charge if not held). Valid DBS check. All applicants will undergo the standard background checks and meet the safety and qualified teaching standards required by the sport and business industry.

Our in‑house Aquatic Training Academy provides ongoing training through specialist CPDs. You will have access to a range of training throughout your career, with a clear pathway to progress into management or other areas of the business.
