Serco Group Plc is seeking an individual to provide tailored Careers Information, Advice and Guidance (CIAG) to support rehabilitation and reduce reoffending. You will deliver workshops on CV writing, interview preparation, and career planning.

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 4 careers qualification or equivalent and have extensive experience in delivering employability support. A strong focus on building trust and motivation is essential.

This position is based at HMP Dovegate and offers a salary of £30,488 per annum, plus excellent benefits.
