As a Leisure Operations Manager you'll lead the day-to-day operation of a busy leisure facility, ensuring customers enjoy a safe, welcoming, and high-quality experience. You'll play an important role in supporting community wellbeing, driving sustainable growth, and creating a positive impact on communities through accessible leisure services. In this role, your work has purpose. What you'll do as a Leisure Operations Manager

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the facility, ensuring it is safe, warm, friendly and welcoming for all users
• Support the General Manager in delivering commercial growth, performance targets and operational efficiency
• Build and maintain a strong health and safety culture, ensuring compliance with legislation and organisational policies
• Lead, motivate and develop Duty Manager teams, creating headroom for people to grow and achieve their potential
• Use data and key performance indicators to monitor performance, identify opportunities and create impactful solutions
• Develop strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and the wider community to support service excellence and future growth
  Experience in facilities management or a similar operational leadership role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage, motivate and develop high-performing teams
• A proactive approach to health and safety with a good understanding of compliance requirements
• Ability to analyse performance data and use insights to drive continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach
