Overview

As a Governance and Performance Administrator in the Thameside team you will support the delivery of governance, performance and compliance activities at HMP Thameside.

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely administrative support to the Governance and Performance function.
  • Maintain administrative systems and records, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Collate, maintain, and report on performance data, audits, incidents, complaints, correspondence, and compliance activities.
  • Produce reports and respond to information requests within agreed timescales.
  • Support external inspections and audits, including HMIP.
  • Liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders such as NOMS, IMB and MQPL.
  • Ensure compliance with Serco policies, Ministry of Justice requirements and relevant legislation.
  • Promote equality, diversity and professionalism across all work.

Requirements

  • Enhanced DBS check (spent and unspent convictions, cautions, and relevant information held by local police).
  • Completion of an Occupational Health Questionnaire.
