As a Sales Supervisor in our Leisure team, you'll lead membership sales activity and oversee front of house operations, creating a welcoming environment while driving commercial performance and growth.
This role has a real impact on the local community, helping more people access health and wellbeing facilities while ensuring every customer receives a positive and seamless experience.
You'll play a key part in creating a space where people feel supported, motivated and inspired to lead healthier lives.
What you'll do as Sales Supervisor You'll be entrusted to
- Lead and promote membership sales activity, including generating new leads
- Meet and exceed membership sales and revenue targets
- Manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to joining and beyond
- Plan and deliver outreach activity and marketing campaigns using the monthly planner
- Support and advise management on membership performance and opportunities
- Line manage the sales and reception teams, including rota planning, recruitment and training
- Attend seasonal events
- Experience in a sales or customer-focused environment with a strong understanding of service excellence
- Experience of creating and implementing a marketing plan
- Good organisational, analytical and IT skills to support reporting and planning
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate others
- Proven ability to drive results and achieve targets within a team setting
- A proactive, motivated approach and commitment to delivering positive outcomes
- Vetting and checks: As well as checking eligibility to work in the UK, you will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to help us identify and provide any support you may need to undertake the role effectively.
