Responsibilities
- Complete a pre‑planned route with the driver and loaders in your team, collecting waste and recycling from residential homes and commercial properties.
- Be the public face of Serco in the community.
- Contribute to keeping the area beautiful, safe, and a clean place to live and work.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and healthy (must meet the nature of the work).
- Dedicated, friendly, and professional team player; punctuality is very important.
- Willing to go the extra mile on your rounds to help your team hit its targets.
