What you’ll do as a Clothing Storesperson
You’ll be entrusted to:
- Manage the clothing account on behalf of the Head of Logistics
- Oversee all aspects of accounting for receipt, issue, and disposal of military clothing
- Maintain the Management of Joint Deployed Inventory (MJDI) database
- Condition stock for disposal and handle non-standard demands
- Liaise with internal departments and external agencies to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Produce forms, reports, and procedures for accurate record keeping
- Ensure your working area meets Health and Safety regulations

- Security Clearance (SC) or have no problems obtaining it.
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to attend a MOD MJDI course post-appointment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence in managing inventory systems and liaising with multiple stakeholders
