Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer safety across the leisure centre, including poolside supervision when required.
- Support the Duty Manager with day-to-day operations and ensure facilities are safe and ready for use.
- Carry out cleaning duties in line with agreed standards, always maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding positively to enquiries, feedback, and concerns.
