Serco Group Plc is seeking a proactive administrator to support the Assessment Centre involved in Functional Assessments for the DWP.

You will greet customers, organise daily sessions, and coordinate with assessors to keep waiting times low and appointments full.

Role requires strong communication, planning, and teamwork within a hybrid environment.

Travel may be needed to cover alternate ACs; training will be provided for first aid and safety duties.
